White belt with black stripe!

The kids all passed their karate test!  They were very pleased.  They received their new belts.

Sensei presented the belts, then each kid got to choose a pose for a picture. 

Sensei is a very good sport. 

Then the kids each got to move their name block (which has their name in Japanese and English) to the new spot – white belt with black stripe.

…and pose.  Naomi’s fighting face isn’t nearly as fierce as Sensei’s.

Now we’re moving on to the material for the test for yellow belts.
